By accessing or engaging with Zeltix Digital (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These govern the use of our services, including but not limited to social media management, website design, branding, and content creation.

Services
We provide digital marketing services as outlined in our service proposals or contracts. These may include social media content, branding, SEO, website design, copywriting, consulting, and AI-enhanced campaigns.
Any additional services requested outside the original agreement will require a revised quote and written confirmation.

Payment Terms
All prices are quoted in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are typically:

50% deposit upfront (for project-based work)

Remaining 50% upon delivery or completion

Monthly retainers are due at the start of each billing cycle

Late payments may incur a fee of 5% per week overdue.

Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide all necessary information, brand assets, content, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in providing materials may impact project timelines.

Revisions
We include a specified number of revisions within each service package. Additional revisions outside of scope will be quoted separately.

Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality with respect to any sensitive business or personal information exchanged during the course of the project.

Cancellation & Termination

Projects: If cancelled after project commencement, the deposit is non-refundable. If significant work has been completed, a pro-rata fee may apply.

Ongoing Services: 30 days written notice is required to cancel ongoing retainers.

We reserve the right to terminate services for breach of terms or non-payment.

Limitation of Liability
We strive to deliver exceptional services, but we are not liable for:

Loss of revenue, profits, or data

Downtime or issues related to third-party platforms (e.g. Instagram, Wix, Meta)

Unforeseen delays due to external factors
Amendments
These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved under UK jurisdiction.
